Consistant with Dunkermotoren’s expansion of their brushless dc motors portfolio, Dunkermotoren is delighted to introduce the compact brushless DC Motor BG 32. This brushless dc motor has a diameter of 32 mm and a nominal output power - depending upon length of 10 or 20 Watts. This DC Motor is related to the well-established BG 42 in terms of technology, replacing its predecessor, the BG 31, in the medium term.
Despite the reduction in length of this dc motor from 65 mm to 58 mm, the output power is tripled to that of smiliar motor diameters. The continuous torque of the BG 32 x 20 is a considerable 4.5 Ncm at a speed of 3500 rpm.
Standard motor commutation is via integrated hall sensors. With control electronics, from either integrated electronics or an external electronics from Dunkermotoren’s versatile modular system can be used.
Within this modular system, the BG 32 dc motor can be integrated into a complete drive of reputable components in order to configure a perfectly tailored solution for almost every application. All this is made possible with the broad spectrum of gearboxes, encoders and brakes, all made by Dunkermotoren.
Dunkermotoren designed this all-purpose brushless dc motor for the use in wide areas of automation, particularly in industrial automation and in medical technology. Due to the generously configured ball bearings, the motor is particularly suited for use in pump applications.
